Dr. Mark Hermann joined the Spectrum Medical in 1990 after attending college at Emory University in Atlanta Georgia and receiving his medical degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. (1985).
Dr. Hermann completed a surgical internship at St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Yale affiliate, prior to his Orthopedic Residency training at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte, North Carolina.
Dr. Campbell is originally from the town of Buena Vista, Virginia. He attended college at Washington Lee University in Lexington, Va. and Medical School at the University of Virginia Medical School in Charlottesville, Virginia. He did his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Bethesda Naval Hospital in Bethesda Maryland. He was a staff Orthopedic Surgeon at Camp Lejune Naval Hospital, Jacksonville, NC 1997-1999. Orthopedic areas includes General Orthopedic Surgery. Special Orthopedic Interests include Sports Medicine, Arthroscopic Surgery, Foot and Ankle surgery. Dr. Campbell is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon.
Dr. Krome joined the Spectrum Medical in 2004. Prior to that he was in private practice in Rome, Georgia. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, and his medical degree from The University of Maryland. His orthopaedic training was performed at Wake Forest University/Bowman Gray School of Medicine.
Additionally, he has completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at The Hughston Sports Medicine Foundation in Columbus, Georgia. Dr. Krome is a Board Certified orthopaedic surgeon with speciality interests in Arthroscopy, Sports Medicine and Total Joint Replacement. He is currently a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America, the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Sharukh Shroff, M.D. received his Doctor of Medicine from Drexel University in 2005. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. He received his Masters in Public health from Johns Hopkins University and his Masters in Business administration from University of New Haven. He has worked in clinical trials as a medical research associate, clinical scientist and sub-Investigator since 1998 and currently is a Principal Investigator in Rheumatology clinical trials.
Dr. Fraifeld is a distinguished, nationally recognized leader in the field of Pain Medicine with over 21 years experience in his field.
While earning his undergraduate degree in biology he worked full time as a researcher at the Texas Medical Center in Houston going on to earn his MD at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He did a surgical internship at LSU Medical Center in Shreveport, LA. before going on to do his anesthesiology residency at Vanderbilt University hospital in Nashville, TN. where he focused his training in the field of Pain Medicine.
Dr. Mahoney attended medical school at the University of Texas in Houston, Texas. He completed his residency at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital in New York, New York. He is a third generation orthopedic Surgeon with more that 20 years of experience. He is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Patrick Henry Medical Society and the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Mahoney volunteers at the local community theater and enjoys golf, fishing and gardening.
Dr. Dailey recently joined Spectrum Medical in July 2015. Having been raised in Hillsborough, Dr. Dailey received his Doctorate at the Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina. He then went on to attain his residency at Baylor University in Houston, Texas, considered to be one of the of top Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation programs in the country. Dr. Dailey’s hard work both medically and academically allowed him to achieve a fellowship at the renowned pain management department at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, where he has spent the last four years. With an exceptional reputation for patient care, Dr. Dailey is committed to combining core family values with his experience to provide treatment unique to each individual.
Dr. Stephan Jannach joined Spectrum in May 2017. Dr. Jannach completed a postdoctoral fellowship as a Senior Research Assistant and then Assistant Scientist for NIEHS (National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences) Marine and Freshwater Biomedical Science Center. Jannach received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Florida National University in the mid ‘90’s. He then continued his Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Finally, he completed his residency in Anderson, South Carolina at Anmed Family Health Medicine.
Dr. Voos completed his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering at Marquette University. He graduated from the University of Louisville Medical School and also completed his Orthopaedic residency there in 1998. He then went on to complete a fellowship in spine and scoliosis surgery at the renowned Hospital for Special Surgery/Cornell University in New York, NY. He comes to Spectrum Medical with nearly 20 years of experience in all facets of spinal surgery. Dr. Voos specializes in providing non-surgical and surgical management of cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine conditions, including cervical myelopathy, herniated discs, deformity, stenosis, tumor and trauma.
Bobby is originally from Danville, VA. He attended George Washington High School where he graduated in 1993. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Hampden-Sydney College in 1997 and then continued to go on to Physician Assistant School in West Virginia at Alderson-Broaddus College where he graduated in 2000. Bobby then joined Spectrum Medical, Inc in 2000. He subsequently completed his Master’s Degree in P.A. Studies with a specialization in Orthopedics through the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2005.
Kelly grew up in Pennsylvania and spent his summers with his grandparents in Virginia, prior to enlisting in the US Air Force as a Dental Assistant and Combat Medic. He was honorably discharged in order to attend medical school Des Moines University in Iowa. He graduated and became a certified Physician Assistant in 2001.
Kelly’s diverse training and experience in Orthopedic Spine Surgery, Trauma, and Sports Medicine, as well as Emergency Medicine, has empowered him to diagnose, treat, and appropriately refer patients for multiple musculoskeletal ailments, as well as assist in surgery. Kelly and his wife moved from southern Indiana to Danville, after hiking the Appalachian Trail.
Nicknamed “Tex”, spent 21 years in various high tech “blue chip” executive managerial positions throughout the U.S. and overseas. These assignments included both manufacturing (plant management) and marketing (sales) within both the advanced composites industry (military & commercial aircraft components, and sporting goods) and the non-woven medical disposable products industry. Tex possesses an undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech (1978) and an M.B.A. from Texas A&M University (1988).
