Aaron Taylor, MS, ATC
Aaron is a nationally Certified Athletic Trainer since 2002 and state licensed by Virginia and North Carolina. He graduated from Davis & Elkins College with a BS degree in Physical Education and Health and attained his Masters degree in Athletic Training from West Virginia University. He has certifications by JTech Medical for Functional Capacity Evaluations, FMS for the Functional Movement Screen, and is an Approved Clinical Instructor (ACI) for Averett University Athletic Training Program. Aaron also provides consulting for sports medicine to the four Pittsylvania County High Schools
Since 2004, he has been the President of the S.P.O.R.T. Foundation that helps provide funding and assistance for the Sports Medicine Outreach Program to the Pittsylvania County and Danville City Schools athletic programs. Also, he assists in the orthopedic office as an orthopedic tech. His interests are in functional rehabilitation, sport performance, and participating sports especially baseball and golf. Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney, and his son Seth.
