Important Announcement for Patients

We are reaching out to inform you of a significant change regarding your healthcare with us, effective July 1, 2025. After more than 75 years of serving the Danville and surrounding communities, we will be acquired by a local organization to be announced at a later date. You will continue to receive the same great care from many of our providers, simply under a new name.

As a result of this acquisition, we would also like to inform you of some additional changes that will also be taking place on 7/1/2025.

- Dr. Stephen Ernst, our current shoulder and elbow specialist, will be leaving our clinic and likely leaving the Danville area.

- Dr. Sharukh D. Shroff, Rheumatologist, will be leaving our practice to start his own private practice in Danville. All of Dr. Shroff’s patient records will be transferred to his new office and you do not need to take further action.

Martha Knick

Martha is the Rehabilitation Office Manager. She has been with DOC Rehabilitation since 2007. Martha has been working in billing and insurance for over 30 years.
