EHR Documentation (patient chief complaint, reason for visit, pain scores, pill count, allergies, medications, past medical history, family history, social history, previous treatments, past surgical, diagnostic studies, review of systems, enter MU criteria), Bring up IT systems in exam rooms (Allscripts, Dragon, DRMC PAC), Triage patients to include obtaining vitals (weight, height, blood pressure, temperature, respirations, skin, pulse, pain score), Have patient change into gown, Assist physician in exam room, Perform PT/INR, AccuCheck, SP02, Perform injections to include IM, SQ, Z-track, Intra-dermal, Collect urine drug screens, Phlebotomy, Suture removal/dressing change, TPI set up, Call in refill requests once approved by physician, Process messages from patient, Obtain pre-authorization for surgeries, work denials, schedule peer-to-peer, Run PMP reports for Virginia and North Carolina, Process opioid contracts

Radiologic Technologist – send resume to

Skills required but not limited to:

Digital Imaging, upload, burn, and file CDs and films, Knowledge and operation of C-Arm, Perform Fluoroscopy Back up, Perform DEXA exams, Obtain patient vitals and enter patient intake forms, Schedule 1-day surgeries for Orthopedic Surgeons according to protocol, Schedule MRIs, Allscripts (EHR), Misys Tiger knowledge is preferred but not required.  Assess and prepare for the day’s schedule, print MRIs, lab results, reports, etc., Run PMP reports for Virginia and North Carolina, Process opioid contracts, Utilize Phlebotomy/IV skills, Bring up computer systems in each exam room (Allscripts, Dragon, DRMC PAC, Martinsville PAC), Take vitals – weight, height, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respirations, skin, pulse, and pain score, Discuss and document patient histories (medical social, family histories, allergies, medications, surgical procedures, etc.)
